SEPTA Fare Cards: There will be a $5 replacement fee for all SEPTA Fare Cards. If you are new to the school, your advisor has your key card and if not, please come to the Main Office and we will issue you a new card. Last year, we were replacing fare cards at a rate of up to 10 per day. Now that we are used to having them, it is imperative that you find a way to secure them to allow you to get to and from school. The school DOES NOT have any alternate method of transportation if you should happen to lose your transpass. You will have to wait the full 24 hours for the replacement so you will need to come prepared with money to get to and from school. The procedures are as follows for a replacement:
1. Fill out this form Septa Key Card Replacement Form.
2. Ms. Semaj will be immediately notified of your replacement needs.
3. The next day during the first 10 minutes of lunch you can come to the Main Office, pay your fee, pick up your replacement card and it will be activated for you to go home that day.
4. New students and those who have OFFICIALLY changed addresses in the system will need to fill out this form as well to be issued a new key card.
The form will be available in all of Ms. Semaj’s email signatures for your reference.
