SLA in the Community
SLA Abroad
From Oct 3 through Oct 13 BJ Enzweiler and Steph Sessa organized ten SLA Juniors and Seniors to attend a high school in Frankfurt Germany.
These students stayed with a host family and shadowed a German student at Gymnasium Riedberg, their high school. Many of our students formed lasting bonds and strong friendships through this trip as they learned about German culture, food, and experiences.
During the trip the students participated in a ceremony of German and American Friendship, a rope trip, and a day trip to Heidleberg, Germany. Everyone had a great time and hopefully were inspired for a love of travel.
